by our employees
We encourage our employees to acquire authorized qualifications for self-development. They take national qualification and skill tests in various fields such as electricity and machinery, and now 50 of our employees have between them nearly 200 qualification and skill certifications.

We manufacture ultra-fine wires using cold drawing techniques. Currently we offer wires with diameters as small as 0.05 mm and we are aiming to manufacture wires with even smaller diameters.

We have active employees of all ages, from veterans to mid-career workers, to new hires. Senior employees pass along their skills and knowledge to newer employees.
5-year retention rate
for new graduates
Our corporate culture is based on a management philosophy of “happiness of employees and their families.” We carefully nurture every employee with whom we have been given the opportunity to work.
Holidays per year
We concentrate on our work so that we can enjoy our time off. We put work-life balance into practice.
Home ownership
The percentage of our employees who own their own homes is high because we don’t ask our employees to relocate, and our employment benefits are substantial.
